The highlights of the route are that it starts at Jungfernstieng S-bahn station and visits Alster Lake, City Hall, Alsterfleet, Deichstrabe, the Norderelbe, Speicherstadt, Jan Fedder Promenade and the Rickmer Rickmers sailing ship.  The route finally terminates at Landungsbrucken S-bahn station.
